# Instant Answers

## How it works

1. Start by uploading your approved sources of knowledge, such as PDFs and URLs.
2. Polser will highlight potential questions in new messages, indicating that we have found an answer for you.
3. Clicking the highlighted questions will reveal simple generated answers from your knowledge base, complete with source citations.
4. Agents can always review, edit, or translate the suggested messages to ensure that their answers are accurate and personalized.
