How it works

1. Start by uploading your approved sources of knowledge, such as PDFs and URLs.

2. Polser will highlight potential questions in new messages, indicating that we have found an answer for you.

3. Clicking the highlighted questions will reveal simple generated answers from your knowledge base, complete with source citations.

4. Agents can always review, edit, or translate the suggested messages to ensure that their answers are accurate and personalized.

Instant Answers is available for both mobile and web applications within Polser, but resources can only be added via the browser.

Planned enhancements

Our future plans include:

• Expanded Knowledge Sources: Extract knowledge from image files in addition to PDFs and URLs.

• Feedback Mechanisms: Introduce feedback mechanisms to rate the helpfulness of provided answers, tailoring them even more accurately over time.

• File management integration: We plan to offer integrations with popular cloud-based file managers such as Google and Microsoft.
