# Broadcasts

## How it works

You can send a new Broadcast message in just three simple steps:

Easily select a pre-created Meta Template that best fits your communication needs. If you don't find it, you can create one. Everything [is explained in this tutorial](https://app.arcade.software/share/vS9Iot5DzY3FlE828cL9).

Tailor the content of each broadcast to create an engaging and personalized communication.

**📹 Note:** If you would like to include videos in Broadcasts (which is now supported!), please follow these guidelines:

1. &#x20;Choose a name that includes both the words "Broadcast" (to ensure it is recognized by Polser) and "Video" (for easy identification when sending).
2. Select "Video" under the header section.
3. Upload a sample video in mp4 format that is under 16MB in size (codec H264).
4. Remember to add a variable and provide an example of it, just like you would for any other broadcast.
