How it works

You can send a new Broadcast message in just three simple steps:

Choose an audience

Select a group of customers effortlessly using Polser's Labels. You can refine your segment by combining multiple labels.

Choose a template

Easily select a pre-created Meta Template that best fits your communication needs. If you don't find it, you can create one. Everything is explained in this tutorial.

Craft your message

Tailor the content of each broadcast to create an engaging and personalized communication.

🙋🏼‍♂️ Note: If you don't find any template or need to create a new one, here's how to do it.

📹 Note: If you would like to include videos in Broadcasts (which is now supported!), please follow these guidelines:

1. Choose a name that includes both the words "Broadcast" (to ensure it is recognized by Polser) and "Video" (for easy identification when sending).

2. Select "Video" under the header section.

3. Upload a sample video in mp4 format that is under 16MB in size (codec H264).

4. Remember to add a variable and provide an example of it, just like you would for any other broadcast.
