How it works


  1. Automatic detection: When a customer sends a message in any language, Polser automatically translates the incoming message into the agent's preferred language. The agent sees the entire conversation in their language, making it easy to understand and respond.

  2. Outbound translation: Agents can type their responses in their language, and Polser will translate the reply into the customer's language before sending it. Before sending a translation, agents are able to make modifications if necessary.

  3. Sending Smart Responses: When using this feature in multilingual conversations the default option will be to send the responses in the user’s language.

  4. Language Override Option: Agents maintain control and can override the automatic translation feature to manually change the language settings of a conversation when necessary.

  5. Voice Magic Integration: When used in conjunction with Polser's Voice Magic feature, agents can even communicate via voice messages translated into the customer's language, maintaining the agent’s own voice.

Upcoming improvements include:

  • Integration with Templates: Extend the Universal Translator functionality to templates & autoreplies, ensuring all outgoing messages can be translated.

  • Enhanced Translation Suggestions: Provide more intuitive translation suggestions with high confidence levels, reducing the cognitive load on agents and making their tasks even easier.

  • Broader Language Support: Continuously update and expand the list of supported languages to cater to an even more diverse customer base.
