## How it works

***

Using the "Labels" feature in Polser is intuitive and user-friendly. Here’s how you can maximize its potential:

1. **Creating labels**: Navigate to the Settings page, and find the Labels tab. Here, you can create or edit labels to suit your business needs.
2. **Assigning labels:** Navigate to the Settings page, and find the Labels tab. Here, you can create or edit labels to suit your business needs.
3. **Filtering conversations**: Apply inbox filters using these labels to quickly locate important threads.
4. **Using labels for boradcasts**: Labels are essential for the [Broadcast feature](/polser-docs/features/broadcasts.md). Agents can send messages to a combined group of conversations based on their assigned labels, ensuring the right message reaches the right users.
