How it works
Using the "Labels" feature in Polser is intuitive and user-friendly. Here’s how you can maximize its potential:
Creating labels: Navigate to the Settings page, and find the Labels tab. Here, you can create or edit labels to suit your business needs.
Assigning labels: Navigate to the Settings page, and find the Labels tab. Here, you can create or edit labels to suit your business needs.
Filtering conversations: Apply inbox filters using these labels to quickly locate important threads.
Using labels for boradcasts: Labels are essential for the Broadcast feature. Agents can send messages to a combined group of conversations based on their assigned labels, ensuring the right message reaches the right users.
Labels are available for both mobile and web applications within Polser, making it easier than ever to elevate your customer service game.
Planned enhancements
Visual Enhancements: We plan to implement icons and color-coding for labels, making them easier to distinguish while managing conversations.
Complex Logic Filtering: Beyond the current "AND" logic, we plan to introduce more advanced filtering options, enabling greater flexibility and precision in categorizing and managing conversations.
