# Easy Appointments

## How it works

***

Navigate to the Integrations page and select Calendly. Follow these steps to set up your scheduling sequence:

1. **Connect to Calendly**: follow the process to sign in and grant Polser access to your Calendly account so we can check for available slots.
2. **Select the event type**: once your Calendly is connected, you'll automatically see a list of all your Event Types. Choose the one you want to use to offer slots.
3. **Connect a Google Calendar**: follow the process to sign in and give us access to a Google Calendar where you want Polser to book the slots selected by the user.
4.

## Important notes

***

We initially launched this feature with support for Calendly and Google. We are now considering adding support for other calendar tools, such as Microsoft 365.

To manage bookings, note that Polser **cannot yet directly book slots in Calendly due to API limitations**. Consequently, it's essential to set up a Google Calendar to receive all bookings.

We strongly advise **connecting Calendly with the same calendar used in Polse**r. This ensures all appointments, whether booked via WhatsApp in Polser or via Calendly, remain a unified and accurate reference.

{% hint style="warning" %}
This summer, Calendly has announced that its API will soon [support direct scheduling](https://community.calendly.com/api-webhook-help-61/coming-soon-scheduling-api-4540), removing the necessity for a Google Calendar setup. We will streamline this feature once it's available.
